• Income based rent structure based on income and needs assessment starting at $2,500.00 per month.

• Owner is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.

• Safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing for individuals in need of minimal daily redirection and medical care.

• Evidence-based programs that promote long-term wellness and mental health recovery including activities of daily living, group, individual and family psychotherapy.

• Halal trained Chef  to promote balanced nutrition, weight loss and healthy lifestyles.

• Practical education to empower residents toward independence and improved well-being.

• Free high speed internet, video games and movie channels

• Weekly shopping and monthly social outings

• Transportation to medical appointments not included
